Grandparents have a special role to play in supporting the breastfeeding mother.
We welcome grandparents to our groups – it can be nice to chat or pick up some information. You may like to accompany the mother to BUMPS before the baby is born.

GBSN is willing to come to talk to groups that you may attend eg WI, U3A. We are up to date with current research-based knowledge about breastmilk and breastfeeding and/or how our society and culture puts so many barriers in the way of individual mothers breastfeeding successfully and could tailor a talk to meet your interests.
